I picked the first location that I scouted out as it fits my idea and vision perfectly. This was mainly due to the eerie ambiance on the cabin with its wooded backdrop. Similarly the location had an old fort which if needs be we could include in the filming as it gave off the same feeling of creepiness and fit the horror genre well.

Observations: Due to the time of year, the site is very muddy therefore suitable clothes must be worn. The site is privately owned, so parking will not be an issue, and there won't be any public disturbance when filming or charge.
